Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser and reads back on later requests. We use them for two things only: keeping you signed in, and measuring how the site is used. Nothing on this page is used to build an advertising profile.

This policy forms part of the Privacy Policy at /privacy.

These come from Zapi itself. The session cookie is required: without it the dashboard cannot know who you are.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and traffic sources, and Microsoft Clarity to see where interfaces confuse people. Google Analytics 4 does not record full IP addresses. Neither tool receives your API keys or request payloads.

Some features keep data in your browser's local storage instead of a cookie. It is never sent to our servers and never used for analytics. Clearing site data removes all of it.

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No cross-site tracking, and no sharing of behavioural data with ad networks.
• No browser fingerprinting.
• No social media tracking pixels.

Analytics currently load when you open the site, without a prompt. You can stop them in any of these ways:

• Browser settings: block third-party cookies, or clear cookies for this site. Every browser has this under privacy settings.
• Google Analytics: install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which blocks GA on every site.
• Microsoft Clarity: use the opt-out page at https://clarity.microsoft.com/terms, or a tracker-blocking extension.
• Send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, which most tracker blockers set for you.

Blocking analytics does not affect the API, your quota, or your ability to sign in.

Because we set only sign-in, interface preference, and analytics cookies, and no advertising cookies, we currently rely on this notice rather than a consent banner. If you are in a jurisdiction that requires prior opt-in for analytics cookies, use one of the methods above before browsing further, or write to [email protected] and we will confirm the position for your case.

If we add, remove, or change the purpose of a cookie, this page is updated and the revision date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced by email to registered users.
